Cancellation / Rescheduling policy

​We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel a treatment. Any cancellations outside of this policy time or 'no shows' will be charged at 50% of the cost of the treatment. 

For complimentary consultations, a £50 'no show' fee will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time. Cancellations are made through our booking website or via your confirmation email.

Late arrival policy

​Please arrive on time for your appointment, allowing for queuing time at main reception - especially if you are not an everyone active member and require staff access to the lower ground. We will do our best to accommodate late comers, but this may mean waiting. If this is not possible, then your appointment may have to be re-scheduled and the late cancellation fee will be charged.

Deposits

We request a 20% deposit for all treatments to secure your booking appointment. This is non-refundable if the treatment is cancelled or if the treatment is not appropriate for you. We recommend a face to face complimentary consultation to ensure treatment suitability prior to booking.

Returns

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons, any products are non-refundable.​

Age requirements

​All clients must be over 18 years old. 

​

Bringing friends / family

​Unfortunately due to space, we cannot accommodate attendees in the clinic room with our clients during treatments / consultations. Please do not bring children or pets to your appointment.

​Results vary between individual clients (due to different lifestyle and biological factors) and thus results are not guaranteed.

Promotional offers

Offers are limited to one offer per person. ​Each offer is standalone and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
